HYBE isn't suffering "a symptom of deeper tensions" nor does it have an "internal disfunction", quite the opposite. HYBE has a Min Hee Jin problem, and one way to combat that is for HYBE protect it's subsidiaries while also gaining evidence which validates Min Hee Jin's dismissal as CEO of Ador.

True. Hybe has many Boy Groups (BTS, Seventeen, TXT, Enhyphen, &Team, BOYNEXTDOOR, TWS) managed by different subsidiaries and these groups are not hating on each other. None of these groups are screaming copying and plagiarism against each other. MHJ is an exception because she created all these lies and drama when her plan to steal NJ out of Hybe was caught. She cried "I'm a whistle blower and I'm fighting for justice" even when it was evident that she had evil plans from the start.

it’s ironic how she is all around about “plagiarism” while she on the other hand copying a whole mv by a 90s group (attention mv) but it has been swept under the rugs(I saw the mv). them stealing the “JEANS” name but to be “same same but different” they went with “new jeans”, only gave us pinkpantheress sound?… away from that ILLIT IS DREAMCORE ITS OBVIOUS UNLESS YOU ARE GODFORBID BLIND 😳 while new jeans on the other hand is a mix of copying Mexican and Japanese girl groups

The closest nwjns similarity I can see to Illit was Asap but Asap felt more like a fairytale story book playing out irl whereas illit gives dreamcore, video game, cotton candy, toothpaste, make a wrong turn and we can possibly end up in the backrooms kinda vibes. In my opinion Belift stands a chance to win the case over MHJ , but for source music I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️, cause arguments from both sides seem weak to me, may be things will change at the next hearing . To be honest SouMu's case is even clearer because MHJ's claim that SouMu debuted LSF before NJ because of alleged mistreatment is the only thing her side has. And you know what (you might or might not know this already): It has already been proven that it was MHJ's fault that NJ's debut had to be postponed for so long. SouMu contacted MHJ over months asking for the finalization of NJ's concept and planning and she pushed that back several times with excuses. There are official chatlogs and email traffic available that shows it. LSF debuting before NJ was inevitable at that point. The March hearings might already be the end for these 2 cases.

A few hours later I tried to use a link I got in my e-mail to make it more formal - but by than I got my channel back - no explanation but difuse words. I'm especially annoyed when I try to make complex answers and they just vanish and there is no real reason why.

I will not take sides on this because I am a fan of all Hybe girl groups and the legal matter is not resolved. But I believe that Min should have gone to court regardless of whether the court finds her guilty or not. She is honestly making it worse on herself as her absence would only indicate a sign of guilt since she did not come to court to give her side of the story or back up her claims. I have seen countless cases of people who ware absent from court and some of them fled the country to escape possible punishment (one of them is now on interpol red notice)

i feel bad for illit because one when they look back to their debut days they're only gonna remember all the hate and bullying they got from people. sure they got alot of achievements but their achievements got overshadowed by the hate they received. i can't even imagine having to go through all that illit went as teenagers. hopefully 2025 will be better for them
