Hi sir. If we have to calculate the sample size for 3 different groups with different mean n standard deviation and we want each group to assign different sample size. What should we do for that?

he mentioned that the total sample size should be divided by the number of groups to get the 'sample per treatment group'.

Great video! I have a question though: since with ANOVA I have to do post-hoc corrections, do I have to lower the alpha value based on the correction that I want to make? Does gpower do it itself? Is actually not needed?
