I got this battery bank...and the lights don't turn on, It won't charge up my phone when plugged in I tried charging it for 3 hours...got no charge. I tried charging it for 6 hours..got no charge.

hello mith, i lost my instructions. so i ask you: what is the little on/off button for? doesn’t the unit simply begin charging when it’s connected to a device, then stop when disconnected?

Yes, in all my use cases, the power bank has started to charge and stopped charging devices automatically without the need of the button. However, the manual states: "Short press button to turn on discharge output and turn on the indicator light." I think that means that if the power bank is not automatically charging a device after plugging it in for whatever reason, pressing the button might do the trick. Otherwise, I think the button is just for checking how much charge is left in the power bank. Hope this helps.

A key ring might do the trick, but I still haven't been able to do it myself (it almost worked). The cutouts make it a kind of difficult task. I will update you if I figure out a way. Be careful not to use too much pressure as that could scratch the plastic around the cutouts though.
