Robotic factories working 247, 365 is 5 times more productive per m ². So keep the existing factories and build 1 new Robotic factory and a supply chain 5 times bigger. 😮 😊😊 Build a delivery system of Robotic delivery trucks 5 times bigger 247,365. Build a recycling industry to recover junked vehicles for dirt cheap raw materials. Happy days. As recycling energy demand can be via electric arch furnaces and minimum energy usage then that maybe the strategy. Aluminium recycling is 20 times less energy per kg. In contrast, the primary energy demand for recycled aluminium was 8.3 gigajoules per tonne, resulting in a significant energy saving (95.5%). is energy-intensive, particularly electricity-intensive.

@@mixalis6168Yes the grid is ready, and always has been ready for EVs, because all EVs can be programmed to charge at night when most people are sleeping and the electric grid has excess capacity. Most people never thought about that when they worried about the grid. After midnight, most people are not using electric ovens, hot tubs, water heaters, washing machines, clothes dryers, toasters, coffee makers, microwave ovens, hair dryers, computers, air conditioning (most of the year), TVs, radios and lights. An EV can be charged using as much electricity as a clothes dryer or heat pump unit, or as little as a space heater on 120 volts. Using a 240 volt home charger usually occurs for only a couple of hours, a couple of times per week for most people charging an EV. NO grid upgrades are needed. Stop the common old FUD.

I'm an EV fan and I own 2. A Tesla model 3 dual motor and an MG Cyberster. But,,,,on global roads (according to Elon himself) are 2.5 Billion ICE cars. Projections are: by end 2025 EVs will reach 85 million units on global roads. Thats a bit over 3% of the global total. Good progress but far far from the end of ICE age. It will take decades. In fact it's understood that oil consumption worldwide has actually risen. Good start but not yet ready to pop the champagne.

Musk didn’t say they were going to sell 10 million per year. He said their fleet with reach 10 million in a few years. And that is a true statement. There’s about 6 million teslas on the road and they are making about 2 million per year. Math checks out.

Tesla sold almost 1 million EVs at a profit in 2021. Then Tesla sold 1.3 million EVs at a profit in 2022. Tesla sold 1.8 million EVs in 2023. That's far more EVs than Ford sold in pickup trucks. EV sales declining. Sure, great fantasy.😂

The Semi is going to be amazing. The factory is not due for completion until the end if 2025. There is considerable amount of work to set up production. Ramp up is going to be slow. Semi charging infrastructure has also to be rolled out on customer routes. It’s going to be fantastic it’s just going to take time. This will be “Elon” time for sure. Elon also said that Tesla will grow deliveries “50% on average year on year”. That was good when the numbers were small.but it soon became unstuck. The maths is 2.8M this year, 4.2M in 2025 ,6.3M in 2026.

I really don't know how they will make that production figure, other than by just doing it. I think the Model 3 Highland will sell more than you estimate. Honestly, often it seems delivery is more of a problem than production. One thing I would NOT like seeing them do is to simply cheapen the cars - remove little gadgets and features or turn them into "options" that add expense (as has been suggested for Mexico). The beauty of Tesla is they put all the expected eggs into each of 3 or 4 model baskets (S, X, 3, Y, and CT; soon Semi). Like Apple with only 4 products (thanks to Steve Jobs - Mac, laptop, iPad, and iPhone and 2 choice levels: standard or pro), there is little over-choice and no fuss about options. You know what you get for the price and it will be great...

Thing Elon might have a JV with a Chinese corp I thinking NIO/ as its high end and with this have a JV MODEL with a Chinese battery solid state that CATL will announce in med 2025....something is up Elons sleeve. He is ingrained now with Chinese auto's. With a 51% USA Corporate ownership, the branch will still qualify for the IRA Tax incentives! What do you think?
