Hey 👋🏽 , so it depends on if you purchased the Offline or the Online Version. The Online Version Requires an internet connection to work. If your phone has Hotspot you should be able to. Ok, I’m going on a cruise and those of us who have been on a cruise know how the Wi-Fi is well, this still record if I don’t have Wi-Fi? And if I don’t have Wi-Fi, will I be able to use a SD usb cable for iPhone to view it?

🔥🔥 I never been on a cruise, but I’m actually planning to go on one soon enough so I’ll know what bad Wi-Fi is like soon enough. Honestly this one works solely off of Wi-Fi. If you have Mobile Hotspot it could work, if it’s strong enough tho. If you’re questioning the Wi-Fi reliability, I would probably use the offline hidden camera and check out the recordings when I get to my room 🙏🏽

Thank you so much 🙏🏽 since you have both, which one do you prefer? To answer your question, you can only start recording on the Online Camera through the APP; the Offline Camera utilizes V & M buttons to record.

So each time I want to use the spy camera, I first have to re-set the device (4:20) by hitting the M button and then the V button for the flickering lights, then wait for CareAPxxxx to show on my phone as an available network? Gotta do that process each and every time I use the spy camera?

Hey, it needs to be connected to some sort of network in order for you to connect to it when you’re not home. Mobile hot spot won’t work if you’re not by it

Scheduled Recording lets you schedule recordings. Go to Scheduled Recordings > enable the “Switch” > enter a time interval (start time & stop time) regarding when you want the device to record.

Thank you and Hmm that sounds like a connection issue for sure. Let’s make sure you’re on a stable Wi-Fi (We want to rule out that your internet connection isn’t the problem). If the Wi-Fi connection isn’t stable try using your personal hotspot on your phone and follow the steps in the video; Hotspot also works like Wi-Fi for this device. Let me know if you could get connected 🙏🏽

Hey so it so when the blue light is on 💡it is an indicator that it’s in standby mode in the offline version. Question, are you trying to do Ordinary Recording, Motion Detection Recording, or Night Vision Recording?

Hey Good question, I believe it changes depending on the height. I think at low level it captures 90 but when it's at eye level it does like 110, but 150 at high level.
