It is based on how your source system maintains data. In my case it is excel source I manually entered for demonstration

I am sry to say I didn't get why did you di this sum(competitor price) >0 why did you not compare it with sum(competitor price)> sum(cost price). how greater than 0 allows this

It's like when the value in the competitor price column is more than 0 use that (competitor) value Otherwise (if you don't see a value) use cost price value. it's not like "if function" to compare sum(competitor price)> sum(cost price). it won't work here
