Hi Sir, In scenario 1, we can take 'Today' function instead of 'Max(calender(date))' function right? in Datesinperiod function.

Second Scenario is not working for me, still it is showing rank 1 to all Rank = RANKX(All(Sales_Data), CALCULATE(SUM(Sales_Data[Sales])))

In scenario 2 rankx is not working. Too few arguments were passed to the rankx function. The minimum argument count for the function is 2.

You need to link your “inconsistent date” to the date in the date table (which is always consistent) , and then use the date from the date table to calculate your totals.
