You have put your tables into Power BI from your local database using "Direct query" option and not the "Import" option. Then you performed some changes to your tables in Power BI. Were these changes performed in your local database as well or only in Power BI. I mentioned that "Direct query" option at the beginning because it may probably relate.

You can create a live dashboard with the free version. If you wish to share your reports or dashboard, you need a Pro license. Any other user who you want to share the item with also needs a Pro license.

OMG very soon this turns out in visuals mess. No source control , random filtering and incompatible tables. I like some visual parts but this power bi data modeling part should be done in sql server or ssas. Btw sharepoint sequrity does not integrates with power bi server so you have to admin at two different places . Power bi is still far from ideal although am glad they added matrix after 7 years or so. :)
