In this scene, I felt like Cane really regretted not killing Lorenzo back in the season 2 finale because Cane should know that if he tells Monet about Zeke, Cane and his younger siblings will end up with a dead father just like Tommy and Tariq. The guy who jumped Dru was hired by Lorenzo to throw suspicion off himself but what he had done was he went through Zeke’s belongings and took his championship ring and planted it on the guy he hired to make it look like he was the one who killed Zeke. However Cane showed his true potential and how smart he can be because He Checked Zeke’s instagram and realized Zeke was never wearing the championship ring that means it could not have been taken from his dead body. Only the Tejada’s knew Where Mecca lived. Cane noticed the box was opened and Put the 2 and 2 together that Lorenzo is the real killer because he Tortured Mecca’s pilot into giving information on the guy who shot Zeke and he provided a description that matches Only and none other than Lorenzo himself. No one else opened the box with Zeke’s things inside of it.
