When you put it like this, I don’t know if you watch “the Boyz” but in the latest season, this is no different from when Butcher was talking to Kessler and throughout the season they made it seem like Kessler was alive but he only appeared when butcher was alone but by the middle of the season they showed he was just in Butchers mind. So honestly this could be one of those moments when ghost do finally appear, you’ll have to look back and notice through dialogue that he really been here.
