After the very least he resonated with what Miguel was doing because he had done similar things to people who betrayed him. did u see how unbothered he was during the conversation with diamond right after? 🤣🤣🤣. The whole season 2 Tommy was playing a part as basically an infiltrator. he made himself seem like a soldier for Miguel to use so that he was never perceived as a threat. but the idea was to secretly gain power and eventually take Miguel out. although that never happened and instead he became Miguel's equal. That handshake he gave Miguel at end of the season was to show Miguel he was never afraid of him. Ppl forgot who Tommy is fast.

I think so liquid nitrogen causes cryogenic burning when it's exposed to living tissue and if it's regulated at a certain temperature then yeah they can directly freeze you
