Power Brooming

Lake Services Unlimited crew is using power brooms to help keep your curb area and parking lot clean. The bristles themselves are very flexible and while they do move the dirt and trash with great efficiency, they do not damage concrete or asphalt.

Loosen the attachment, rotate it 180 degrees and use it so it pulls instead of pushes. You'll be AMAZED at how easy and how well these work. For ditches like that, you never lift up on it. You just "walk" it forward and pull walking backward. You only have to run it at about 1/4 throttle. For longer ditches, we just walk back and forth length-way with the sweeper angled - as to plow row by row working our way to the top. When pulling, since the attachment is moving, there is very little drag. It is like a rake flipped upside down.
