Thank you from my heart for everything you do for us. These blessed knowledges means so much to my heart. 1-salt , takes away negative energies. Take a pinch of salt in your mouth before you eat to take away negative energies. Keep salt by your bed. When you wake up to take a pinch and eat it. 2-everything lowers our energy and makes us become a one. When we deplete our energy we are more prone for attacks. Make the Dua before we eat. Anytime we are not feeling well drink a lot of water. 3-best way to tame out of control ego. A lot of salawaats. Make istighfar. Alhamdulillah 🌹🙏

A great reminder about the cleansing power of the salt, that it repeals bad enegies and creatures and neutralise them in the food and drink we take from outside. Good to sleep with salt near the bed and have some when waking up. SobhanAllah. Importance of the do'as in the food to protect our energy. Water is an angelic nature and it purifies the body from negativity inside by drinking and outside by shower I have learnt also about the Egyptian hieroglyphs and why we see these mi animal/mi human hieroglyphs or an animal legs with a totally different head.
