Michelle, the camera should focus on the legs, not on the person's face! We should also see the whole body as the person slides down the wall then holds the position. I say this from the POV of a professional producer who created a best selling instructional video on how to lift weights many years ago ("Keys to Weight Training"). I caught the camera folks wanting to focus on the face rather than the body part being exercised!
