Caffeine immediately after lunch actually mess up with digestion of food..Best way is to consume it atleast after an hour of lunch. Better if we take power nap, fresh'n up, study for an hour and then take coffee break (personal experience)

I've been taking power nap for roughly 1 year and I can bet it's one of the best Technique to increase productivity. For me 15 mins is sufficient but if I wake up after 20 mins nap, then I feel more sleepy, so timing as sir said is important
