Hii....I'm a 12th grader and recently one of my friend who was very close to rest of my friends committed suicide....... We even saw our teachers crying because he was a pure gem...vo padhta nhi tha tb uske 95% aate the he was extremely extrovert and very frank....it doesn't even feel real that he has gone away from our sight... We could never notice the pain behind his smile Please make a video to aware parents and youngsters about the value of life and how to manage stress and peer pressure... It'll be a great help...

I watched this video yesterday night and applied it to see the difference. At past I was not sleeping well like 6 or less hours daily. Sleeping after 2 am then waking up for college at 7. I was sleepy throughout the day when I am in college even from first period. But yesterday I thought to sleep early and wake up on the same time and I was actually feeling fresh when I woke up today. Now I did not felt sleepy throughout whole day in college and was actually active way better than past. Looks like I am going to follow good cycle to feel more better. More productive and presence of mind. Thanks for the video it at least made me test me out and feel better now.

whenever I take out my books & Notes for studies I fall asleep within 2 hours time. 😅😅. I am full energetic through out the day as long as my I am not asked to study. I never hestitate to face any obstacle in life but soon I see my books and Notes it give me goosebumps and I again fall asleep. And Whenever I need a deep sleep. I give myself a target to revise entire syllabus by night and beleive me as soon as I start making the time table that which subject to give how much time then I fall asleep very easily. And keep sleeping till 9 AM. I don't

*SOME MORE IMPORTANT TIPS* 1. making your environment & bedroom more dark helps alot Don't check your phone 1 hour or 30 mins before bed so your body produces melatonin (sleepy hormone) in the dark 2. you can also meditate & read before bed 3.PRATICE! After completing this video, as a plant engineer we have to do our job in rotational time(A shift,B shift,C shift)..so there is a lot of problem in our sleep and also it hits our health. I'm trying to complete dinner before 8:30/9pm but thats never happened with me...but these rotational time table is fixed in our job-enviroment. So please give some feedback how to maintain a good life!!

If we take the sleeping time to be 10 pm average, then 90 mins prior means 8:30 pm where you'll take bath.. You should at least wait 2 hours after a mean to take a bath.. That means, you'll have to finish your dinner toll 6;30.. I hope it's helpful to some people

One imp. thing they missed here is we need to keep out gut healthy to have a good sleep. Avoid junk food at night, have light food which gets digested easily.

8:00 I STRONGLY DISAGREE with this statement because i belong to that 33%, i always make sure that i am not using any screen before 1 hour of sleeping and after 2 hours i wake up... You can get an 'F.Lux' filter software for free that reduces the blue light on monitors therefore it reduces the negative effects of blue light on your trying to go to sleep.

Hi @AbhiandNeu ....great video and great thoughts....I want to share something which is being ignored by most of the content creator... Everyone talk about the 9-6 jobs cycle....but in India there is a large percentage of people who work in MNC and there shift time is 6PM to 3-4 AM...no one talk about these people....they suffer the most in these daily routine things...I request you to please address this issue and share your thoughts on this ... Thank you 🙏🙏

6 hours of quality sleep is more than enough ( if you do Pranayam and have good routine) For Good Sleep - 1) 10pm - 2 pm is the best time for sleep (got o bed before 10 2) Waking up late in the morning makes your day lazy ( wake up atleast 1 hour before sunrise) 3) Do Pranayam and meditation each about 10-15 mins in the morning 4) do any physical activity like sports or oter atleast 1 hour a day 5) Eat 2 hours before sleep and have a walk
