Trying doing MNQ contracts instead of one single NQ. Allows you to scale out. Gets you the habit and then switch to NQ once account size allows.

I just tested this on Nas100 going back 3 weeks on the 5 minute chart. Unfortunately, I found 1 example where this worked. Couple things happen. Price drops as shown in the video, but it either doesn't consolidate, and shoots right back up blows through the previous high, or it enters the FVG right above (where you would short) comes back down and bounces hard off the very short lived consolidation zone and breaks through again to create Higher highs. So once in a blue moon does this play out on Nas. I haven't tried this on any pairs, since I strictly trade Nas100. What I found works much better for Nas100 is using the Fib zones 0, 0.5 and 1, if bullish entry on the FVG right below the 0.5 level with a tight SL and vice versa.

I appreciate your comment, and your desire to improve/backtest. I would suggest taking another look and use other PD arrays aside form just a FVG. - For example, on the 1m chart today at the low of day, we had consolidation and then a sweep lower (manipulation) into a 1h discount wick C.E before reversing and offering the am silver bullet entry. side note: Your buying in discount FVG's is also a good strategy that I use as well.
