Kindly confirm agar Minor under seven years hai lakin mother eligible nahi hai aur father ki death hogai hai aur koi relative custody k liye apply krta hai minor ki, so will he/she get custody or not?

Salam sir agar minors k father aur mother dono death hogaye ho aur minors ki father ko govt job ho, custody grandfather k pas ho to minors k father ki pension k liye grandfather kese Guardianship le sakta he aur under which section lega for penaion of minors

My wife has maintenace case againt me. I had suit for conjugal right . Case is under trial secondly i applied for guardian of my son who is of 2 years of age unsed section 25 & 12 and the court decided and visitation deccee passed and the minor is with his mother. NOW the mother has applied for guardianship certificate in other province where she lives. The fact is that the mother is trying to get the minor abroad. What to do to stop him from taking abroad
