The Muslims forgot to innovate politically. They forgot to engage politically. They believed that engagement had to be within the system that was afforded to them, but they didn't think about how to bend that system to themselves.
There is a rupture in trust, that is true. But in this rupture is an opportunity to reflect and revise the way that we move forward. In that what we've realized now is that As an ummah, we don't need to compromise as much as we thought. We don't need to bend over as much as we thought. We are the ones who raised the voices against genocide and the allies came rushing to our assistance.

My Brother Assalam Alaikum, I respect your call. But there are independent candidates and others of interest. I will never vote for either of the two. They are all the very same. The power is with us, from Allah. Vote independent, but choose well, and don’t just give up your vote think well and smart and seek Allah’s guidance.
