Better compressors usually have permanent magnets and Fisher Pakel style radial or stacked delta configured motor /pump technologies. The LG and all its variations such as Daewoo, gold star, samsung, and a few others is licensed to use the Tana Compressors, therefore using 20% less power for same BTU and Run Cycling.

Power Queen removed the weak points in the standard build of all these batteries due to dozens of emails and explanations I sent them as well as a dozen of others. But Shenzhen Time actually responded, they are upgrading all their brands to take on the suggestions. And hopefully I will get some sent to me at no cost. It would be nice. Seems the PROMOTOR scammers know how to get it all freeeeeee. But I am not the kind of guy to blow smoke to get one so I will wait to see if being truthful will get me a good outcome. Until then, I put a link under the videos as forced on me by my kids to see if people who watch will send a few bucks to continue this process.

Running your head is not helping your argument. I'm not "going" lithium. I'm doing exactly what I said I was going to do in videos going back as far as two and a half years. Showing how to use lithium like you would a tool battery to boost your lead acid, not to become your battery system. Get yourself a hate check up. Using up to 20% of it as spare power, in my case it's under 12% but as spare power. I wouldn't be so foolish to trust lithium to run everything I've got and at a cost I'm not willing to pay or can't pay. Perhaps watching the video where you get to look and see how I explain that I'm going to use a few of them to supplement my massive 24 battery battery Bank. Then go back when I explain voltages in a video a few years ago how I explained the same identical thing that I would only use it for. You're seeing a video now and making stupid claims without comprehending the fact that it's taking over two years to find any batteries that I would even waste my money on.

We, none of us can prove they can do 4000 cycles. All these LiFePO4 batteries come with cool claims. How to know it might not be very accurate cuz they always claim that a lead acid battery is only capable about 250 to 500 cycles which is a lie, when they make their claim of their battery doing 4000 cycles. Now I understand lithium well enough after a dozen years that it's capable of more cycles than that acid, but the trick is keeping it as high charged as you do lead acid and never bringing it down past 80% depth of discharge. But those bad resellers claim it'll pull 100%. Which is crap. So far I've bought seven different variations total of these batteries. I bought prismatic I bought cell variations and these pre-made ones four of them now. This one here was recommended to me by an RV service tech at PPL motorhomes. So I spent the $400 when they had a $25 off coupon and got one. It will pull its rated power plus a little, it doesn't have a tiny deck of cards size BMS in it so I figured it was worth trusting as you can tell by the video I am still 100% staying lead acid battery or some type of recyclable USA available battery. I'm just looking into lithium, which includes LTO, GRAPHENE, AND LiFePO4 as a night time storage due to its possibilities. For the last two and a half years it's been very hard to find anything that I would be willing to add to my lead acid Bank in the method I'm planning.

I have assembled a lot of Lishen 272Ah into 24-volt (2P8S), and (4P8S) and Eve 280Ah (4P8S) cells into 24-volt batteries with separate BMS....the price of the power queen premium is now a lot more reasonable and I am looking at the power queen to buy to increase the off-grid power....I watched your wind charger videos before....and yes I agree there are a lot of paid scam KZbinrs promoting things without a real-life review.....my lifepo4 builds have been online for about 2 plus years....loose connections are the main issue I have had to contend with....the pre-built power queen battery may be the DIY big helper, but DIY assembly of raw cells does help one understanding a bit....great videos....teaching a hands-on skill to the next generation is great.....great work,,, excellent videos...thanks (DIY Off-grid in rural South Dakota) strictly solar panels at present,,,,still the wind power does have an appeal to me......

You're right about that battery that is a good battery chin is another good one and gendal inverters are good they actually do what the hell they say going to do I've been running lithium iron phosphate and regular lead acids on the same Mr power charge controller got them all hooked together works fine been working for little over a year can't hardly wait to get my 4000 Watt gendal inverter everybody said that I couldn't do it but it works just fine they're both different chemistries but it's the same charging parameters and the BMS makes all the difference have a good one

Depends on what you have in lead acid on how it'll all behave. Mines ( 32) @6v or 16@12v x 235AH plus those 3 marine load shock batteries. 4000+ amp hours and at my planned 50% max DOD it's 2000 amp hours. Total cost $4070. My use of lithium is that by 2 pm my 9k of solar has them near full, so the after 2 pm solar goes to a few lithium, 300 ah planned, to use as a night booster if needed to keep the acid always over 12.4v. Nothing beats redundancy and local sourcing in the world we face.

I have the old classic Frigidaire window air conditioner. Haven`t tested its wattage draw yet. I`ve just based my math on a draw of 500 watts. If it uses 350w I can get a lot more run time from my 300 ah battery.

Those old ones are probably draw every ounce of 550 watts if it's a 5000 BTU. That taotronics air conditioner I found was a lot of research to find it. Manufacturers have a tendency to be very upfront at hiding their actual wattage use. But studying the schematics out of Seoul South Korea I got to learn it before I bought it.

I'm getting a 2023 motor coach. It has 1 200 watt solar panel, a 1000 watt inverter , a dual controller what ever that is and 2 100 AH AGM batteries. Soon I will be showing a Double DC to DC controller that will take your lithium and raise it to 16 volts to push power back into your Lead Acid. It allows you to have (example) 10 big AGM batteries, and 2 or 3 Lithium. If a EMP hits your AGM will be fine, your lithium would likely fail. But your not stranded like if you had all lithium. You can charge all of them from the solar or separate buck boosting and then use the lithium at night when your Lead is dropping too low. Extends your lead acid life to huge levels, and cuts your total cost up to 35%. More to come, still waiting on the special controllers I designed to get its parts. Then I will sell them at cost to my viewers, 30% mark up to non viewers!

I bought a 300 ah LiFeP04 recently, 2000 watt inverter, and a 60 amp MPPT charge controller. I already have three 100w panels and a 190w. I`ve never build a solar system before but decided I need a way to run a small window AC some after hurricanes. I have a few sets of 20ft MC4 cables and got a 200 amp fuse. The battery is rated at 200 amps but I`m never planning on drawing more than 1500 watts max from it. Still studying about this stuff. If you looked on my channel there I had a video showing a RV charger that was about $60 and tunable both voltage and amperage from 0 to 45 amps and from 9 to 19 volts. Look in some videos going back a little ways and you'll see it about a month back. What you want to do is get yourself some extension cords cheap cheap 16-3 and get a two different colors and be ready to be able to pull a vehicle up and take off your batteries from away from the house. I think if we do get a hurricane this year it's going to be absolutely maddening because of the way the gulf is superheated and the draft of South America is increasing more than it ever has. Could be the mega storm of a century, or a dud.

I`m in a very rural area on disability with no transportation. @@redwood1957 Lead Acid weighs about 30% more than LiFePO4, they claim 1/2 weight but that's just advertising BS. But if your in a sail boat, you want to avoid moisture in a LiFePO4 since its electronics will corrode fast. So be sure to seal them in a water proof location. The Lead Acid is popular in boats due to the keel weight advantage, but you can use both just keep the LiFePO4 high above moisture.

You have to get one like the sun gold look down deep underneath the video and you'll see links and if you buy it direct on that one link you'll get a little cheaper. You need one with a dedicated charge circuit that can come with generator start and other features. The smart way is to install one like that then a couple of the cheapos such as the swi power so that you can run random loads and use your expensive one for everything dedicated. Redundancy when you're poor like us is brilliance.

Those inverters don't actually have a low power mode. What you are seeing is the action of the HV DC rail regulation under no load conditions. Essentially it goes up, overshoots a bit by design, throttles back, HV droops, rinse and repeat as necessary.

Every single one of this class of portable HF inverter shows the behaviour. It's not actually any sort of power saving or idle search mode. It's just an intrinsic part of the design. Much the same as the foldback and hideously distorted waveform that is seen on a high current draw on the AC output. They all do that too and it has nothing to do with being gentle on the appliance being powered. The foldback is all about preventing the inverter from destroying its output transistors. The cyclic idle draw is a result of the soft regulation that is used to implement the foldback feature.

It's the processors behavior because it's high frequency in most all of them, but the SWI POWER has search mode, you cannot turn it off and if you try to alter the voltage using the trimmer inside you throw it all outta whack. Mine sets at 123 volts and 59.94 hertz. Using my oscilloscope I record 6 mode searches per second. The 3000 to the 6000 models they make do this. Smaller ones do not. A 2000 Watt model pulls 21 watts at idle, a 3000 pulls 12 and only till you get to the 5000 does it pull more watts at idle than the 1500 and 2000. This feature doesn't seem to be on the European models as far as I can tell. It's got something to do with the requirements of nema in the USA for the plug as as a guess I would think. The air conditioner used on the inverter has a soft start it actually has two separate capacitors for it.

They do this due to the fact THEY are the sourcing for the BMS in them. In reality, you can group them to 100 if you want, but it's the wiring that matters. Running each battery to a main buss, using *(example)* 6 awg all identical length from each battery as a limiting shunt for draw, you will have 80 to 85 amps max restricted on each one, so adding 20 of the 100 amp batteries you will have 1700 actual at the Buss, and charging you just charge direct to the buss no more than 80% of the full banks ability. Go by reality, Not the rules of the battery seller.

How many btus is the air conditioner? You're talking about real world numbers, etc, about how great the air conditioner's current draw is. You won't get real world current draw when the ambient temp inside is 70 something degrees. Real word conditions for ac tests are 95° outside condensing temp & 80 ° indoor temp.

Sometimes the BMS will recalculate 100%, it will do so to keep the cells safe, After use it may update internally the rating and allow more or less storage or draw. As the batteries age they all will constantly renew the internal cell ratings to give you the total lifespan its capable of. The 4000 cycles is to 80%, 2000 is to 100%, 3000 is to 90% and 4000 is to 80% as the cells age and cycle. Heavy use may start aging early so I tell people to always buy 125% more battery capacity of what they expect to use in Amp Hours so you can get the full 8+ years from them.

@@JOHNDANIEL1 Yes, they're standing alone at the moment. I have a box fan running on low speed with a power inverter. I'm going to run it down a ways then try charging it up fully. I really doubt if the battery is bad. I think the BMS is being finicky. I'm tried two different LifePO4 chargers and both did the same thing. I can't think of anything I'm doing wrong. It's pretty straight up, simple to charge them. Funny thing is the other battery I have wasn't charging fully but now it is.

Yes, sorta. What to do is group in 4, then run 1 awg from that set to a buss bar, and repeat up to 12 (3 sets) total. I have installed 20 this way without a issue but you must be absolutely sure all wire lengths are exactly identical for resistance equalization and the buss bar bolts / terminals are perfect in seating so no possible unequal draw happens.

72 volt battery at 50+ amp total battery will sit at over 82 volts when charged, with a DC to DC charger set for your 60 volt use. It would give you 2 or more recharges to your 60 volt unit. Use 4 - 100 watt solar panels in series to get 90+ volts and a proper controller to charge 72 volt storage battery, then a DC to DC charger to charge your bike from that storage system. 3 of the 50 Amp Hour 24 volt LiFePO4 batteries will be useable for this effort.

(94.2v is actual battery full) amzn.to/3o4pHAW It is referred to as a 96 volt 84 Amp Hour battery bank, the Buck booster maxes out at 103 volts DC and the cars batteries are Telecom Sanyo Nimh cells and since I only use the car for rare drives under 40 to 60 miles it works well 4 years now using my massive 12 volt battery bank and a few days of charging. For a ebike it would be very fast set to 72 volts as charge voltage.

Do you recall my argument against lithium, price, parts, fake ratings. It's drastically dropped in price, it's never going to replace my lead acid battery Bank, if somebody offered to pay me to claim lithium was great they're not going to get it out of me because I never have claimed lithium is great. It's a usable method to boost my lead acid which is safe and consistent. But I use lithium, just like my tool batteries which are all lithium. Only a fool in today's world with a chance of a nuclear bomb EMP going off would depend solely on lithium battery products that require electronics to operate, CHINA to source. Hell no lead acid, rust batteries, Edison iron battery there's no other way in hell you can go in the world we got today. If as you think someone was paying me then I would have a hell of a lot more videos and how a lot more people's products laying all over the place like people who do it get paid for. And I sure as hell wouldn't be out in 100° heat installing 370 w solar panels in the damn desert like I've been doing for the last 3 months.
