Even I have to admit that I was a HUGE Power Rangers fan when I was little, and I still admire them to this day. This movie was just awesome I first saw it, course I would have to admit that there should have been more Ranger fights in this film, but I'm pretty sure that there will alot of those in future sequels.

Just don't put your expectation too high like expect it to be like Marvel superhero movie and if you are a power rangers fans, then you gonna find this movie a good start for a modern PR franchise. It was good. If you're looking for a nostalgia trip, you won't get it. There are a lot of nods to the series and the previous movies, but this is something totally different. It felt like a prequel or documentary. If you read the new graphic novels, then it's a little more "real" and less cheesy than the original series.

the movie overall was good, the only things that should have been fixed... 1) more in suit and fighting time ( too much build time) 2) the fight scenes with those rock creatures were terrible 3) the zords were hard to distinguish 4) megazord looked eh 5) a little less cheesy humor, particularly with the blue ranger 6) the ending was a bit flat after such a build (although the green ranger teaser was nicely done) I give the movie roughly 7.8 out of 10, and def want to see a sequel. If they can fix some of what I outlined it should be solid

It wasn't bad at all I liked how they switched things up too. Took a while to get into the power rangers but they did a nice job of building it up. Here's hoping they the next 5 amazing and action packed but keep the feelings and struggles they deal with in this. And I hope they do get green ranger to be a girl that be different and actually pretty damn cool
