Funny story, half of his best lines were completely made up on the spot and appeared in neither script (yes, the movie had two scripts because this movie's production was a shitshow). The condescending "really?" and his later iconic quote about missed events were ad-libbed by Freeman because why the fuck not?

@@teampotter195 another weird as fact was that, in the original script, he was supposed to fuse with Scorpitron with Hornitor being killed by the Falconzord according to the original script. Why was this changed? Dunno. Maybe they thought Paul Freeman fused with a scorpion would look too creepy. Funnily enough, the Game Gear version cut out the middle man and had him fuse with both Ectomorphicons. If ya didn't know, this movie has a terrible production which led to having two scripts and two different writers. Hell, Billy's name was Willard in the original script instead of William. Weird ass movie.

It's a little hard to tell in this video because of the logo, but at the beginning when the Power Rangers arrive from teleporting, Billy is standing in a puddle. In the original draft of the script, that was supposed to be a running gag. When they arrive here, Billy was supposed to acknowledge this and be annoyed. And then when they arrive on Phadeos, Billy lands face first into a puddle. He then says "Remind me that I need to have a serious talk with Alpha about the coordinates of our teleportation". Also, when Tommy is grabbed at 0:20, that's the only time throughout the movie that Ivan touches any of the Rangers.
