I've experienced the body weight on my chest, you need to enlarge lungs in order to be able to breathe properly. They put their body weight on a person's chest, to prevent them to enlarging their lungs to breathe properly. It makes them feel like as if they're struggling to breath. Imaging the better visual of what lungs struggling to enlarge for air: Put one or two body weights on the bouncy air ball, exhausting some of air out and try to see if you can get air inside while body weights on it same time. If the bouncy air ball isn't swelling back up to normal size of air, then that's "struggling to breath" looks like. More body weight become heavier, less air in their lungs to struggle with. Less and less oxygen in their body, grew weaker and it can become a death sentence for them. If they didn't die, the less oxygen in the brain can be still serious results ranged from a memory loss to a slurring speech. Oxygen is a very important part for human's life, especially important for the heart and the brain.

Gentlemen these are all rational, reasonable observations made by people who arent Doctors or Police. The Sergeant (or whoever was in charge on the scene) sets the tone and draws the lines for how all of the officers act. None of them feel responsible for any of their actions, because they feel they are under obligation to, or at least have the blessing of the state to act how they see fit. The problem is that none of them are acting measured, or on the basis lf training or at least using reason. None of them had any information on what he was doing or why he was being so aggressively pursued. Yes. 4 grown men kneeling on your torso can easily kill you. Being tazed while trying to breathe with 500 pounds on your torso is dangerous. Being rapidly beaten in the skull by some Neanderthal screaming "PISHERANNS BEHINER BACK!" It would take a mindfullness master years of training to be able to put your hands where they offer ZERO protection from life threatening injury. Behind his back, not while someone is "Drive stunning" him, 4 grown men are compressing his torso, and a jackass with his maturity frozen at 5th grade smashing his head so hard that he spent the following 10 minutes after cuffing just looking at his hands and showing everyone his knuckles. Cops seek out, protect and reinforce gangster behavior. And being someone who deployed to Iraq in 2009, it ALWAYS shocks me EVERY time how retarded and unperceptive cops are. Sure. Give them less money rather than implementing laws on how that money should be used. Because they'll just siphon it from the training budget to make up for elsewhere. But we should do is direct that a % be used in specific ways and INCREASE the training time and depth, which will cost more. Also, require a higher degree. instead of a 6 week training course, it should be a 2 year degree minimum and 4 years for any promotion above patrol. I've always said that police should have a specific degree pertaining to policing. make it a 2/4 year law ENFORCEMENT degree with a focus on basic human rights and ONLY one semester on the physical aspect (compliance, use-of-force, etc).
