Power Willbender 44,2k | Benchmark | March 19th 2024

A looping power willbender rotation. Only opener and then fully loops after swapping to sword. Goal of this was to make Peitha relic completely ignorable and this seems to satisfy myself atleast. I'm not exactly a great power guardian player, so plenty room for improvement to be found in execution alone.
You can skip casting F3 for a dps loss and instead use Repose instead of it at the same place. Can also use Heaven's Palm as well.

very nice, i just noticed one thing with the flowing resolve, to minimize the forced movement, would it be a dps loss to combo it with symbol of blades?

Just dont the first cast when swapping to sword then. Its only used for Inspiring Virtues uptime.

And the comparison should be with those perma boons turned off to see the real potential for people who mostly play solo. If outside of group content you can't have almost any of those boons, it kills your dmg output. I looked through the skills on snowcrow, none of them gives you this much boons. This is why those benchmarks have little meaning. Skills listed on snowcrow give you protection, stability, and a bit of fury. You can get swftness and quickness only if you switch skills. And they are limited to 3s for quickness. Nowhere near the perma boons you have here. Measure the dps with boons you can aply yourselve and boosts from food/utility only, to have a real picture.

He never claimed it’s an solo open world build tho so your point is invalid. Snow crows has 2 categories. openworld and raids and raid build don’t have much self boons either. The boons in the video are present in any form of group content, even at metas mostly

That's the point, a lot of new players look for builds on youtube, they try a build that "does" 40k+ on benchmark and then they are surprised when they get absolutely shredded by random skillpoint boss in PoF or HoT. As someone simililar to that, playing mostly solo (and there is much more of us than raiders). I find most of those builds unfit for fighting most skillpoints without getting downed. With my current tweaked builds I can solo most bounties (didn't try legendary bounties) and hardest skillpoints, dungoens and fractales ifthey don't require second player for some mechanic. And I'm still running berserker gear, not celestials. To your credit, I did not notice the label "raid" on snowcrow. I'm not using this site as a source of builds, mainly YT videos.

@@dezterify The point of these benchmarks are to output as much damage as possible during instanced content, not the open world. That’s why they are catalogued differently
