@jayrivera64554 жыл бұрын
One of the greatest underrated classic albums in hip hop history. I can't believe when people mention all time greats nowadays, they leave out groups like Pete Rock and CL Smooth, Gangstarr, Souls of Mischief, Black Moon, Heltah Skeltah, Whodini, Boogiedown Productions, Leaders of The New School, Black Sheep, Cypress Hill, and these guys here Lords of The Underground. Granted Busta broke away from Leaders and had an amazing career on his own as well as Krs One, but it wasn't always about the greatest rappers either. It was also about the greatest rap GROUPS! It's like watching wrestling, you have your greatest wrestlers, but you ALSO have your greatest tag teams as well and wrestling didn't just thrive off singles competitors but off tag teams as well. You CAN'T have a wrestling promotion without some tag teams, same with hip hop. You CAN'T have a greatest rapper of all time without mentioning some of the greatest RAP GROUPS of all time like Wu, Lords Of The Underground, Souls Of Mischief, Pete Rock and C.L. Smooth, Nice n Smooth, Black Sheep, Naughty By Nature, 3rd Bass, Leaders Of The New School, Black Moon, Bone Thugs, Das Efx, BDP, EPMD, Gangstarr, Whodini, Heltah Skeltah, Smif n Wessun, Cypress Hill, Sugarhill Gang, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Audio Two, back when Rap groups actually EXISTED and a good portion of these groups mentioned were really underrated to the point most you youngins don't even KNOW who some if not ALL these rap groups are. LOTUG be one of the all time greatest RAP groups of all time.
