Using Power Apps, we will be building a complete ticketing system from the beginning. A help desk, service desk, ticket system can be used in any organization for all kinds of purposes, even outside of an IT department. Think of any need for tasks or even projects to come in, assigned to someone, be tracked, transferred, communicated, and to oversee all of the work. We won't be using an old Power Apps template that Microsoft provides. We'll be building our own system. I will be helping you build one as you follow me step-by-step.

Very interesting to see that process from an expert ! Question: I don’t see you talked about number of items each table can have. It’s something I always check for to know I need to use delegable function or create an archiving logic. Because as you know SharePoint get sluggish with large list. How do you adress this and I’m curious in your projects what’s the biggest list you used without problem in power apps?

Hi Dareen, if I have user information stored in my AAD, is it necessary to create the departments and users tables? Thank you

You don't have to if you don't want to, and pull from AAD. However there is a large percentage of students that have a hard time getting access to either Dataverse or other resources like this to go from. 70% of Power Apps developers are using SharePoint out of necessity.

You could do that. Most people are never granted the access to create and manage user lists from their IT departments, however.
