First I want to say that this is now up to 1.5 Billion as of today and being in Pennsylvania with no state tax... If I won i would be bringing home roughly $697.5 million after Fed Tax is taken out. Now if I was the soul winner, I already have a game plan (somewhat). First thing of course is I need to vanish out of my area and head to another state where I have already figured out a good financial adviser and through her would work on getting whoever else I need, like attorney etc. Would go over some facts with the team, like whatever can be done to make me anonymous then do it. Not sure of the exact laws here in PA are, but I have heard that you can create an LLC and use that name... probably other loopholes as well and will utilize whatever necessary so nobody knows who I am. And when ya hit big they always tell ya not to go crazy with giving away money and wait like 6 months to a year... ummmm heck no! I been pretty much poor my entire life and gonna do whats needed right away without hesitation. I want to start enjoying it right away before I end up hit by a truck or something stupid. I have $50 million right off the top going into whats called CDARS (Google it)... unlike a typical bank that only insures up to $250,000 through FDIC... CDARS will take up to $50 million, split it up across a bunch of banks in their network and purchase CDs, so it keeps all that money insured. $100 million going to my daughter, $50 million going to a really close friend and $71 million being spread out with various amounts from $1 million to $20 million to a handful of other friends $50 million going to the local Childrens Hospital $88,400,000 would be roughly what I owe in Gift Taxes $550,000 for a Lamborghini Aventador, $120,000 for a Corvette Z06 and $85,000 for a Suburban LTZ After all is said and done... should be left with roughly $287 million Vehicles would all be outfitted with bullet proof glass and some sort of light body armor. And then of course a house that will probably end up costing somewhere around $10 million to build. Want it built tough... probably ICF exterior construction, high end security doors, bullet proof windows, steel reinforced roll down shutters on the windows, multiple panic rooms, walk in safe, high end bunker able to handle a tornado nuclear and biological attack, high end security system throughout the property with motion sensors and night-vision cameras etc etc. The rest of the millions would go into various levels of investing and maybe up to around another $50 million to various animal shelters/sanctuary's and possibly even start up my own shelter/sanctuary and maybe even a state of the art veterinary clinic/hospital depending upon what state I end up in and what the laws are there, since some states don't allow a non-vet owning that kind of business.

Bruce Crossan I would just give a million dollars to many different deserving homeless people because many charities aren't real and if you want to help out sick children give a million to each of the parents of the child. This way you'll atleast get to see how happy they are. Then after that you buy a mansion or a few different mansions in the place you dream of living, get all your dream cars and then once you've got everything you want you start investing in hotels, large businesses etc so you never run out of money. Another thing to remember is to never let your wealth and power get to your head because money should never change the way you are as a person.

By the end of the year, I will be the only person on this Earth who will have won the MegaMillions and PowerBall. I'm almost done "resetting" my lottery notes I use to guess the drawn numbers. NO. The bigger number is the ANNUITY amount which means you need to wait 29 years for it as the lottery invests the smaller number and gives you a small piece each year. If you want it all now, you just get the smaller number because the annuity amount doesn't exist.
