I'm unable to follow these steps for my own dataset, and I think the issue might be with the access token. I think the token needs to be 'Public' in order to make the map work in Power BI, but I also need to add the 'tilesets:read' permission in the token scope, which has the effect of making the token 'Secret'. Bit of a catch-22. Has anyone had an issue with this?
