Yeah I'll never use them, never have. I use straight double RX, with double satellites each, in a split system with redundant switches, batteries, and connectors. No gadgets to create points of failure. I've never had any failure that was not my fault.

Sorry, I dont belive you. Show me the video of the booma LCD catching fire. It is impossible by design for a Booma LCD to catch fire. The Regulator built into the LCD will shut down in the case of a short circuit.

Never use LiPO batteries in a gasoline or glow powered airplane and stay away from power box type designs! (Power distribution) direct voltage to receiver is the safest and still the best arrangement.. .

Had nothing to do with LIPO battery.... at all. Builder routed wires incorrectly and they rubbed raw and shorted.

This is the exact same setup used in my 35% 3D freestyle planes. And has been used absolute winning results for the last 40 years!!.. .
