Any high intensity core exercise will work as a great substitution there for variety - try some lying leg flutter kicks, ab bicycle crunches, even burpees.

Hey there! 👋 Depending on what you have available, you can perform any of the following: 1) Inverted Row 2) Seated Cable Rows 3) Bent-over Rows 4) Wide-grip Lat Pulldown Does this help?

Alternatives to the med ball slams?? Maybe hitting a tire with a sledge hammer?? I dont have a med ball available to me nor could i get one anytime soon..
@BlueStarNutraceuticals6 жыл бұрын
Yes hitting tire with sledge is perfect alternative - can also do some high to low cable woodchoppers if performing in a typical commercial gym

The current Fire Station I am at only has an old firetruck tire, dumbells that only go to 70 lbs, a cable machine, and treadmill.. BTW, do you guys have a workout designed for military/first responders that incorporates strength, agility, stamina, and cardio? Looking for something that can make me more physically fit for my job and military physical fitness exam...??
@BlueStarNutraceuticals6 жыл бұрын
@@kaseyhair6779 we have some functional training and athletic training videos on the channel and on the way that will help with improving overall fitness levels - nothing specifically for military/first responders just yet - but always coming up with new content so stay tuned for future vids!

Can i get any benefits for the chest, doing this workout? Or is it just more focusing arms, core and legs?

Not much that specifically targets chest in this workout. We have some great chest workouts on the channel already using dumbbells. Be sure to check them out for a great workout for your chest!

Any replacement suggestions for the med ball slams?
@BlueStarNutraceuticals3 жыл бұрын
Nothing will fully replace med ball slams, but any explosive core movements can work. Frog sit ups, or rope crunches could work as alternatives

You perform 4 rounds of superset 1, then 4 rounds of superset 2.

We address men simply because we make supplements for men. Women can certainly perform these workouts as well though.

This can’t replace lower intensity recuperation exercises, you’ll overtrain. Unless you are a genetic miracle (as many influencers are) doing this will fry your CNS.

Absolutely, you're spot on! One size doesn't fit all in fitness, and individual goals, recovery, diet, and rest are vital considerations in our training journey. It's crucial to find the right balance to avoid overtraining and achieve sustainable progress. Everyone's path to fitness is unique! 💪👍

@@BlueStarNutraceuticals there are so many people at there who hear messages about how more work= more results, when that is not the case. There is what the body can recover from and what it can adapt to. There is what your body can tolerate and what is optimal. Many people struggle because they think doing advanced/extreme methods will get them for faster and sustainably.
