Welcome to our seated workout designed specifically for individuals with Parkinson's disease! In this video, Polly Caprio (and our mascot Cooper) focus on posture and coordination exercises that can help improve movement and enhance overall well-being.
Join us as we guide you through a series of gentle, effective exercises that can be easily performed while seated. These movements aim to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and boost coordination, making it easier to carry out daily activities with confidence.
Whether you are looking to maintain your independence or simply want to stay active, this workout is suitable for all levels. Remember to listen to your body and modify exercises as needed.

Beautiful session again.I did it twice,it was so fun,so energetic,so nice,so easy that we can do it seated.Ur patterns are helping me a lot n i hv become active energetic.Thank u Polly for coming in my life.❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hi Polly, Top two for today: The tire exercise and the arm exercise with both arms together lifting up, back, up and down. The arms back give a unique stretch.

A great way to celebrate Labor Day! Polly seemed to use arms and shoulders more than usual and the pacing seemed a bit quicker so more cardio--we appreciated both. Thank you, Polly😊
