Loved “Super Charge your day” and other brain body classes with Polly.Perfect pace, repetitions and exercises with cardio for a full body workout with my spouse who has PD! Thanks Polly and PFP for your entire instruction program with your excellent group of instructors and so many focused options for those with PD and older adults to stay fit.

Great session Polly. We liked the co-ordination (head, leg. foot, leg) exercise. It is great as it works a lot of things all at once. Also good to try and do it faster. Many thanks Paula and Jon

Helloooo Polly and my PFP family, Although, I am not always able to plug-in during live sessions . Therefore , I watch lot of the rerun sessions when I can’t tune in for the live ones . Thank you as always for this magical gift of exercise never failed me when everything else did treatment , meds and pain management etc . All with side effects unfortunately. While exercising gives me a boost of energy and my body goes from total dystonia stiffness from head to toes can’t move even my fingers so tight. The daily and the difference level exercise to easy muscles pain and stiffness

Hi Polly , I do your session twice first thing in the morning because I wake up stiff like a diving board not even fingers dexterity I do your exercise as to wake up the body by pumping the heart and oxygen . Then, I do the same exercise the second time to do some of the steps I couldn’t do and I love seeing Copper wants to be part of it ❤😊🤗
