Hey... this is so much energising..iam a lupus patient and I feel so restless when I wake up in the morning...felt so much better listening to this.. Please can you do "you are" format of the same..I feel that works better when someone is passively listening. Thank you..your affirmations are great and very powerful..

Actually the best for going to sleep, and getting through the day but at morning...not so sure..i think this one could be toned up a bit to be more uplifting and inspiring. Great voice overall no doubt!. PEACE

Come on Alex..."At least 8 hours of perfect sleep?"...1. Not everyone needs that much sleep.. on the contrary i know many people-including myself- who feel "wasted" if they sleep too much. This number is kinda "old"(outdated) wisdom, hours of sleep is more complicated and personal than that... 2. Most people do not have that much time for sleep... Other than that thanx for this and all of your videos!. PEACE
