What can you add to remove that high frequency noise? I would have said a high pass to ground, but ground in this case is gonna be AC anyway, isn't it? Also, with the 12V+ DC going straight to the speaker, do you get a pop/thump when powering ot up or anything like that? Is there a variation of this circuit where you don't have to have the speaker connected to 12V+? Sorry for the barrage of questions, I'm just getting into building my own amps etc so I'm still learning a lot.
