A freezer compressor is a closed loop system. The lubricant is at the bottom of the tank to lube the electric motor / pump sealed inside. I think you may find the motor will seize with use as oil is expelled witth the air.

Where is the water trap drain ?

I see that compressor is built where tools are expensive and life is cheap. That tank is a residential water expansion tank that can not safely be used for compressed air, it's dangerous. There is no provision to drain the water that will condense in that tank. The video portion of the tank building up pressure is a time lapse video, there is NO way the compressor has enough pumping volume to fill the tank that quickly. I also did not see him/her have a ground wire for the electrical connection. It's a bad build.

I almost passed your video over and unsubscribed because of the clickbait video title and thumbnail. A better title for the video would be "Air Compressor built from scrap tank". I would not have hesitated to click that video.
