Powerful Factory manufacturing process of Hex Bolts

Depending on where the fastener will be used, there are a number of different options for producing the exactly the right bolt. Bolts can be made in a variety of diameters and forms, but the core manufacturing method remains the same. Its begins with cold forging wire into desired shape then treating to improve strength and durability before being packed for transportation. However, for more complex bolt designs, the manufacturing process can be extended by many phases.

In europe, for example, people used to work on the same machines without protective clothing. Today it is impossible to imagine life without them and yet accidents happen. I have respect for these people because they know a wrong move and the finger or foot is gone. People in Europe or other parts of the world cannot do this work because they are too busy with their mobile phones.

Dying young from constant exposure to chemicals, dust, heavy machinery with no guards and so on. But I get what you mean. This particular video was pretty straight forward though. (At least I think it was if I got it right.) First guy with green tank treating the metal to remove rust / anodize (is that the correct word?) Second guy was shaping the first few inches of rod so it would fit in the puller. third guy was pulling / extruding the metal into the diameter they needed for the bolts. next machine cuts the long rods into right length and press mashes them into the right shape. first machine with the 'machine gun belt' feed is i think doing some clean up on the shape but not sure. last machine - with the "manual load machine gun belt" appears to be threading the bolts. Bonus points for dropping product to ground level and manually lifting it back up as many times as possible during the process.

Yes it is! It removes the factory grease, the dirts and other stuff off of the steel before they run it through the shaping die. Every time I watch one of these videos I can’t help but think about the men in them! Seems Greed! Is worth more than mens lives! There are reasons why the United States and other countries have rules and requirements for their workers! The owners of these Companies are responsible for the people who work in theses horrible conditions! The owners know this is wrong but they don’t care! These piece’s of silver are not worth it for me personally! When I face our creator, OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN, I want clean hands!
