POWERFUL Feature on LUMIX S1R - Max ISO and Max Shutter Speed settings

The Lumix S1 and S1R are very powerful when it is about fast operating features, efficiency in the field to shorten the Photographic process.
Here I illustrate the power of the settings for ISO (Auto or Specific value) mixed with the Max Shutter Speed that you can quickly change on the GO without dealing with menus...
To date it's the most efficient way to manage these settings that I have seen on a camera.

So by default changing the auto ISO limit did not work. I had to go into the settings first to configure it. Menu - > Operation 1 (wheel) -> 4th menu (wheel turning) -> ISO Displayed Setting -> Front/Rear Dials -> 2nd option (ISO Limit / ISO)

Random question. What’s the longest shutter speed you can select in the auto iso menu on the S1. Curious as I’m thinking about one for timelapse but need it to be longer than 1sec

Awesome cheers. I think 1 second is the longest which wouldn’t be enough. But if it can reach 20-30 seconds then it’ll be perfect

@@joshmorgan3750 you’re welcome ! The only way to have a longer shutter speed will to work in M or S mode with Auto ISO
