If you ask me Lokesh is very smart and I appreciate it for that. He deliberately didn't add that scene in the movie. Because he knew that's the most important scene of the whole movie and if it was added in the movie people will see at that time and will forget it once they come out of the theatre. But if that scene alone was shown on KZbin or on other social media platforms then it will create awareness and everyone will keep talking about it like we are doing it now.

This was absolutely a great scene with a great message, but I think they deleted it maybe because if they added this scene, the movie might have went another direction and gone with multiple messages that would have confuse the viewers about what the intention of the movie is - I think it would had been great to have this scene as a flashback for the reason why Charu transfered JD to the juvenile home when JD is in the custody

There are many religions in India and they all have their own traditional dresses Religions and schools, colleges and political parties have their own dress code A scene criticizing the sanctity of those dresses, especially when it comes to Vijay Sir's movie It will get a lot of public attention and it will be enough for the political parties to destroy Vijay Sir The producer and director told the censor board that they understood this was a risk Later The Indian Censor Board has cut and replaced problem making scenes like this In order to avoid big problems that have a chance to happen religiously and politically Vijay Sir makes a good point in this. Boys should be taught by their parents how to touch other girls.If they do not obey, their parents should beat them up That they should be punished and made to understand Because the parents did not do it That's why I had to beat them as their teacher It is my duty to bring them to the right path and that is why I beat them That is what Vijay Sir really told all the teachers This is a good point

This scene would add strength to why Charu (the female teacher) does what she does later in the movie. If this scene was suggested to be removed I can partly understand it, not because I like the censorship, but because it takes so little to get offended. Somebody will get irked at the scene and file a complaint, because .........(insert religion/profession/community name) was hurt. I prefer this scene over the archery fight scene which came out of the blue in the movie

Disclaimer: I'm not sure if this information has been posted before by someone else. But anyway, here it goes. 2:53-3:10 (in the original video). The exhibition JD(Vijay) was referring to was the "What were you wearing?" art exhibition. The aim of this exhibition was to dispel the myths on sexual assault. It was primarily done to educate people that the kind of women's clothing has nothing to do with sexual assault. This was conducted in different parts of America and also in different universities there. The exhibition displays different clothing worn by females(who were rape survivors) of different age groups when they were raped. Each dress had a story to tell. Do search it on KZbin and you'll find quite a number of results.
