I was diagnosed with ADD and struggled with focus and discipline even though I deeply desire both.I have been listening to these Affirmations for about 2 weeks consistently. My son and I said the 5 times each the first day. It took us 2 hours the first day because I was pausing and writing them down but it has really planted a seed in me. I'm more active and take more action. I'm so grateful for your youtube Channel.
