It has only visible effect or it change the geometry? For example I want to print the model, will it keep the holes? Is there any option to "apply" the cut?

Because if it does not - holes from profile builder, or from curic studio looks better, espesially with curic stretch

Yes, the holes change the geometry in Double-Cut v2. They will remain when you print the model.

It is actually more flexible and smarter than Revit. The concept behind the invisble cut box is similar to the Cut Opening profile in Revit Doors/Windows family templates.
