He is talking about not just selling 1 experience to everyone but a different experience for each person in his club based on what they want. His upbringing from being a black man from the hood to a rich and successful businessman allowed Ghost to be different and think differently. It's why he understands the ghetto people to the black professional athlete to the wall street guy getting drunk on his companies dime even though they are all different. His evolution business-wise allows him to understand their needs and wants and he caters to them thus granting them an experience other clubs don't provide. Next time you go to a club, watch if everyone is doing the same thing or if each group/booth/table has its own unique experience.

I love this show but it is in some regards far from black healthy masculinity. Despite Ghost trying to do better, the same tropes of Black people are there, that they are drug dealers and criminals. And the same negative stereotype of black fathers is there, that he is a bad father and often times an absentee father. Still I guess it portrays both sides of the same story, so it is up the the viewer to interpret it how they want.

I been rewatching Power since the end of last year. On season 2 (again) now and I love how in the episode, Simon was bold and intrusive enough to ask SEVERAL times for his "secret" (acknowledging that it's Jamie's personal business), and James is like, "Aiight, eff it. Lemme school this suckah all calm, cool, and collected right quick. 😏" Omari Hardwick as James St. Patrick, this casting deserves to be acknowledged like RDJ as Iron Man, Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, and Jackman as Wolverine. For REAL! 👌🏾👍🏾

Every man should strive to be this Domineering and Focus. Never let a dude throw you off let him come to you. 48 Laws of Power says it all. After his daughter died that was the first major blow that made him guilt because it was the "game" that got her killed, the same thing he tried to prevent after season 1. He don't compare not even close. Ghost/ St. Pat is like the mafia before gangs but still smooth and savvy. Like the American Gangster movie. His character can be worked on if anyone so choose to do so. This show brings me back to the Godfather the real OG'S is where ghost is from not tommy or Kanan. Swag is his signature Dominance his territory/ kingdom too freedom Family is his Motivator all while the streets making him unsure of the chioces he's made but build a business in his name trying to steal his fame because of the game. Furthermore met a chick named Angie that kept him away from the lames that wouldn't want too excel to move forward with life. So she whispered this is what makes us better by preserving and knocking down those walls on our own. He smirked back at her now do you feel better she replied yes do you have the time he asked she said why so we can play chess while we rest then bring you too tranquility under this mutuality then may be mentally once i get your blessings. Nah screw the bless part I'll undress ya with the Truth thats been domineering through the charts. Is if you want this too work tell the sharks (aka feds) too keep bay from me. Why? Cause it's a big rich town that like too clown but they can't pound nor lounge on what i found just to bring it too this height. Peace Go get em and keep ya haed on a swivyy

If u realize what James does in his dealings with Simon it’s genius. He basically does exactly what it is that “James st Patrick” does as the owner of Truth “Deal with all different kinds of people, without judgment, and meet their expectations” So Stern likes “smooth young hairless men” ok whatever, James dosent react, he stays stoic. Stern makes some borderline racist remarks, James still dosent react, he lets it slide and continues the conversation! A VERY DIFFERENT reaction than Tasha, who couldn’t even handle Ms.Stern asking to “touch her hair” because it’s “fascinating” Aka: “I’m racist, so I’m asking if I can PET you, because you are like an ANIMAL to me” 🙄 Tasha had to leave the room, rather than get emotional over it. She couldn’t “compartmentalize” like how James did with Stern

The part about Power where they were climbing the ladder/expanding was the best part. The last few seasons were good but the staying out of jail stuff isn’t as flashy.

that fact that this is another one of those scenes? that goes over the audiences heads. this scene whole scene he’s telling you about james and ghost, he’s relentless dedication to be successful at any and everything he wants. an individual, like this character here, can be extremely dangerous in whatever environment they are in, you have to be cautious with them and that does not necessarily mean violence.

Would have much rather seen Ghost/James rise up as a business mogul, building out his hospitality business and acquiring other companies...and maybe even doing an IPO or some other big exit rather than chasing political office the way he did...to me the latter didnt fit in with his personality...he became too emotional towards the end and didn't resemble the ambitious businessman we met in the early seasons

When you go places pay attention to the environment the city building location what make a place like this so eager for people to come too or what draws them to that specific spot. The dresses people where: Conservative Classy or Business Attire/ Dressing Down. Events Parties etc. Each Borough city town has it's own culture food language and most of all etiquette. Learning each environment says alot this includes social class as well. Dress the Part + Be the Part by any means necessary.
