Gonna go to medjugorje soon Last september out of the blue i went to see st bernadette stayed in st gildards for 2 nights and on to lourdes brought other friends in march and again in april . St bernadette is special . Its all connected I live about 25 mile from this fella fair play to him

I appreciate you. When I was young my mother took me to the Episcopal church in the Western U.S. and we received the Eucharist on our knees from the priests. It is a protestant church, as you know. I have a deep relationship with Holy Mother and I do not identify as Catholic, Protestant or Christian, and neither does She. Nobody owns Her. She is bigger than all. The Catholic Church has preserved the stories, statues and histories of Her, and kept Her remembrance and presence going in their practices, so fortunate are they, and I am truly grateful for that; Yet in MY feeling, those who begin to equate a relationship with Her, with the absolute need to belong to a religion, for priests to intercede on one's behalf, or following the Vatican and the Bible, have taken a different kind of leap. No problem, but just don't forget what that is and how it can divide you from others or from a larger truth. The thing the Church did right was keeping Her presence alive and accepted, and this was mostly due to children and women initially, I feel sure (or childlike hearts). That's the only reason I can see that they have been able to continue to exist, and they know it. She has appeared to her Catholic followers and encouraged them to stick to the priests and Catholic church, but that does not mean that everyone who lives with Her in their hearts is meant to believe and follow that instruction. How arrogant to think so. I call that Chosen Ones Syndrome, and I don't think the speaker in this video has that problem. He is genuine. They, the Pope, the Priests and whomever else, do not hold any exclusive rights to a relationship with Her, just reminding whomever might be reading this. Fine, be a good Catholic, but remember what it is you are following in addition to the pure spirit, or you may just miss your spontaneous and beautiful life as She would like for you to express, instead of following a pre-drawn path that belongs to someone else from another time and place. It might only divide you from everyone else, and time and again has created religious wars of blind faith. Anyway, a beautiful talk, and I feel the same, as far as Her presence, Her miracles, and the blessing of Madjugorje, as such a sacred and heavenly place where one can connect more with Her Mercy. It makes me happy and I l can identify with what he is saying in respects to her intervening in a real way in his life. It is unnecessary (again, my opinion) to be Catholic or to have a conversion to any religion, but for some like this man, he finds his deepest self in its practices, for his whole life and culture, so it is a good match for him. I can respect that but can they respect others who can find it in nature or a practice and faith of their own? Please remember, you are not exclusive because you belong to the "confirmed" group, culture, race, or religion, however great it may or may not be. She is Universal in scope. I'm sure you do remember, so thank you for reading this very long post and allowing me to express my opinion.

There is only one true God and each of us are trying our best to get to him, some of us get there by car, some by train, some by plane, some by bicycle, some by foot, even some of us by crawling on our knees.
