Since when is 5-10 cm of snow considered a "Major Winter Storm"? If it was 20 plus cm of snow then that would be considered a "Major Winter Storm" 5-10 cm of snow is an average snowfall.

not really a storm but on another note drivers are not the same as as when i was a kid over 40 yrs ago when drivers drove with skills on all season tires with no help from AWD or Smart Car electronics. We are Canadian and Canadians are crappy drivers in the snow these days! Winter tires should be the manadatory in our not so brutal winters.
