Perfect. You even called the split second difference on the rotation. Especially if that was your next shot. 💯🔥

The trick is balancing them. We do it on our drag cars. That wobble youre experiencing causes wear on axles, hubs, bearings, diffs, and not to mention the speed loss. We use hobby clay. Use a 2wd front end. Spin the wheel slowly. Wherever the tire stops add weight to the top of the rim as close to the inside as you can. Repeat and add clay until the clay you added moves positions every spin. Enjoy.

How do you film, drive, commenting and do stunts while thinking of future plans for the hobby? I can’t even take a pic of a still object while fully concentrating on what I’m doing. 💯

Some look more round than others leading me to believe it’s a quality control issue with glueing or something with assembly. Other than that, they don’t seem to really dig into the dirt unless you really mash the throttle. They do look cool however. Think I’ll be sticking with my sledgehammers for now

That was an interesting review Joe. I recently bought a set of 2.8 Proline Trenchers for my Rival MT10 but i also looked at the belted set. Apart from being more expensive i was kinda put off by the fact they said on the description they're not best suited for the kind of bashing we do. I thought that's a little odd so yeah i didn't get the belted set but seeing your max running belted tyres and still be able to baclflip it got me thinking maybe i need the belted Prolines... hmmm 🤔

Try the belted Trencher 3.8’a on the Maxx. You’ll love them

I tried to drive mine the other day one handed while trying to film…. Way harder than I expected.. it was my first attempt at driving one handed.. thats gonna take some practice! Joe do u like the metal shafts better than the plastic? And can u tell any difference in it? And what battery do u run? Great video as always!

Joe, I noticed that when you were flipped upside down at the beginning your drivers rear tire was the most wobbly. It looked like the axle shaft was moving around as well, so maybe something is bent or the tire is so out of balance it’s causing the axle to move around

everything was shaking on that

Have you had any problems with these tires? I think because they are not rounded they blow all my outer bearings and broke all my hex hub screws. 😢 think I may just sell them and find better belted tires.

@@Shadows-RC yeah I know that trick with the duct tape in the glue done it before but honestly the chevrons are heavyI also have a set of Pro-Line Badlands not the MX the original Badlands in the chevrons our way more weight I'm looking for a lighter wheel and tire combo for my e-maxx build something that will save on the drivetrain I run both the tracks of chevron's and the Pro-Line Badlands on my emax and my E-Revo 2.0 now the chevrons are nice in the winter time in the snow but the Badlands work a lot better on the pavement and on the dirt

There too small. Try 3.8’s and it will back flip all day for you. I have the badlands, street fighters, and trenchers. The trenchers are my favorite. They do well on pavement and dirt, but also as the height to the Maxi to give it the ground clearance it needs not to smack the chassis all the time

They look off balance like almost any Traxxas tires you buy, them only good tires Traxxas makes are the anacondas, and there only for the smaller cars
