But when I attach just tiny 1amp load to 5v or 12v wires of PSU then 5v drops to 4v and 12v drops to 11v. Isn't this bad for pi? Because pi requires 5v stable voltage. How can I stabilize the output voltages of PSU? Does the PSU require some minimum load resistor on 12v or 5v line to operate correctly?

Same is the issue with me, when I connect 2 Raspberry PI, red LED stop glowing and on other PI its completely off. Any fix will be a gr8 help.

@@ursvipul Turns out I was using bad wires. They had thin aluminum inside them, not enough to hold more than 1 Amp, that's why there was voltage drop. Now I am using full copper wires of 1 sq mm and more thickness and its working fine now with no voltage drop

@@ursvipul I am using 3 Amps type c cable. I cut into it and soldered the red and black power wires inside it to 1 sq mm wires. Then I connected those 1 sq mm wires with 5v line and ground of PSU. Wires need to be of copper and any connectors in path from PSU to Pi need to be of good quality with 3A or above rating for this to work
