Powerlessness and rawness

What is powerlessness? Professionals can feel powerless in connection with the problem-causing behavior of others. If you experience working hard with the best intetntions without making a diffrence, you will fell the dispair and powerless. Feelings of powerlessness can lead to rawness if you cannot endure them. Then you will project the feelings onto others and see them as inadequate rather than yourself.
What is rawness? Rawness is a survival strategy that makes us more crude, unempathetic, cynical and emotionally cold in the attempt to suppress our own feelings of powerlessness.
