MHGU how to get hellblade glavenus to level 8 I'm legit stuck I don't have a requirement to do it had to do a quest or I had to do multiple of quests let me know

Is Hellblade Glavenus’ tail severable? Cause i’ve been trying to cut off that sucker and have had zero results.

You can cut off a chunk of it but it's only the outer layer. So his moveset doesn't change since Glavenus relies so heavily on its tail for attacks.
