Can you Beat MHGU by Doing Quests ONLY Once!?

There are many ways to do quests in the Monster Hunter games. The one we’ll be tackling today is if it’s possible to beat Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate by only doing quests once. If you would like to take on this challenge, here are some rules I set:
1. Once you legitimately complete a quest, you cannot do it again
2. You must play solo
3. No glitches or exploits
4. To beat the challenge, you must beat either the final boss of G-rank or the final boss of Singleplayer mode.

Thats true, but the skills are far harder to build because you simply cant, you need pure RNG in early game to get good skills, and some of them doesnt exist in GU, You can get codex in g rank though. The damage is too pitiful in g rank too,

This would be easier as Prowler since you could get full gear with just one hunt. But then again, you need to be proficient with Prowler and have a good cat to main.

I might be nitpicking here, but this can be easily answered. You can get materials just by sub-questing although it might take much much longer, but it's not like it would be hard either provided you're already an experienced player. So I think this is just tedious work and pointless (sorry.) For Example: Village 2 KQ: Tetsucabra / Subquests: Wound Tetsucabra's jaw VIllage 3 KQ: Nibelsnarf / Subquests: Wound Nibelsnarf's front legs Village 4 KQ: Malfestio / Subquests: Wound Malfestio's head Village 5 KQ: Astalos / Subquests: Wound Astalos's crest Village 8 KQ: Rathian / Subquests: Sever Rathian's tail Village 8 KQ: Shogun Cean / Subquests: Break Shogun's shell Village 9 Q: Glavenus / Subquests: Wound Glavenus's head These are just some examples and there are still some monsters to choose from. Not mention you can pick any "available" quest with a map of your choice if you need to farm ores/bugs/fish etc. and cart 3x to fail the quest to get the said items.

I have another suggest for any monster hunter which is the opposite of this hunt every monster twice (redoing is aloud but you have to do that same quest twice if you fail and you don't get rewards retry if you do you dont have to you don't have to retry quest that feel like literally the worst)

Id just ignore the armor and focus on the weapon upgrades at that point. Any armor id use would likely be what I get from the farm items or what I buy from the shop, I know they are not the best, but ores are the easiest things to farm if you are required to. So ore weapons would also be the go to for the weapon id use for this run if I did it. (Same goes for the other mh games.)

Certainly a restrictive challenge, but I feel like there's more than enough quests in _Generations Ultimate_ to pull this off, particularly when focusing on the single player campaign. Soloing all of G Rank might be a bit more of a challenge with this restriction, but focusing on the more basic weapons and armor should allow for relatively easy upgrade paths compared to things which would require more rare materials.

This challenge would be way harder in MH3U, change my mind. Edit: I played MH3U, 4U and the normal Generations (because i have no switch) and imo MH3U was the hardest and the following games were way easier.

This is... kinda inconsequential? I mean, the title states "BY DOING QUESTS ONLY ONCE", which means, it doesn't matter if you complete it or not, the quest is gone after starting it. But even if you change the rules and allow yourself to repeat Subquests, since it doesn't clear your main quest... why not doing the Subquests again and again, even after clearing the Main Quest? The rule is changed to "By clearing Main Quests only once", so you should be allowed to start these quests afterwards, even if you've done the Main Quest. And with "The rule is changed", I talk about the videotitle, not what's the first point in the video.
