Mine has been running for 5 months already at 24v peaking at about 700 watts. I ran it today with 2 more panels and ran peak 1050 watts and been taking heat readings on the wires and terminals. I did add an external 24v server fan to drop the temp a few degrees. I think I may purchase a second 60A unit today since I dont see me buying a 48V inverter anytime soon.

D06 is to calibrate the readings of voltage if i remember well, not for the last two pins, maybe is this the reason why you read little higher number. (Maybe i didn't understand that part of video, english is not my language and you know it)

Have you been able to verify that the controller actually will shut off when the batteries are full? I've had problems with many charge controllers not actually being able to fully shut off when the batteries are full. In fact, most of the cheap ones will just fry themselves trying to do this once they can't shut off and charge past a certain point. Then you have a fire hazard. And it seems like, how do you leave it alone and go to work if you know there's a fire hazard potentially there if you can't trust it to shut itself off right when you aren't at home....

Sorry I have changed my setup , but mine worked really well when you set it little below threshold (Like 14.5 is threshold) set it at 14.1 14.2 ! I found that chargers get close to your setting an they kinda float past a little till controller catches it ! But I never had any issues with this unit when I had it . Hope this kinda helps

Thank you. Do you have a recommendation also for what kind of wiring setup for battery bank? I have battery bank and wired but I don't like the battery charge readings I'm getting. Think there's got to be an optimum wiring setup. @@POWERMAN6900

Good afternoon friend, a question I want to configure it at 48v with 3 345w panels and when I turn on the panels it takes me out and restarts again and starts from 0 again, maximum load reaches 500 and turns off and starts again and so on and not I have been able the batteries are lithium at 48v maximum load 54.4 the maximum load panels 9.5 amperes could you help me that from D1 to D6 I do it but I have not been able to do anything

I’d hafta check , I’m thinking you are over the maximum voltage- input, Or close to it ! I’m not expert but I dabbled with 12-48 on this controller an 48v made the sky blue act goofy! I’ll check into this but it’s just a thought I can give ya at moment

yu trying to run over 1000w of panels on a controller meant for 700 - 800 w max . you need another controle charger . d0 = load working time on your controller on the last terminals . but only run a small ammount of poer , and isnt worth using . its set to 24 hours , but if you dont use it , dont worry about it , you dont need to touch do0. ..... do1 is floating charge . the charger has 3 charge settings . floating charge is the 2nd after the battery is about 3/4 , its a softer charge than the full on 1st charge . honestly tho . most settings dont need changing . theyre set to average use settings . do2 is the highest you want your battery charges to setting . i'd settle for pre set . or if you want change it . whatever you set it to is when it stops charging . a 12v battery shouldnt be pushed past 14.5 v . but you can set it upto 17v , which isnt good lol /. do3 is the voltage you dont want your battery to go lower than . 50% is a good place to keep your battery healthy . lower it works harder n shortens its life . some batteries if let get too low , will die and wont charge on solar . so they suggest in yu book , 12v shouldnt go lower than 10v . i'd say 11 myself . do4 is battery type . if yu on acid battery ? no need to change it . but if not , find the number to set for your battery type .do5 and do6 , is for wifi versions to clear a password . if yu not using wifi ? leave it . and same with d06 you shouldnt need it . everything is pretty well set up . its only personal fine tuning really .

I have agm batteries but on setting 04 it only lets you put in acid or lithium batteries. Which one is for my application?

Hi i have one 40 amp and its not going into floating mode check the settings and is ok I don't know what to do I verify if it was in lithium because in the manual says that if you have it in lithium it's stays in absorption.

I measure the density of each battery and is good I have the battery life saver it's in full green like they were new
@kevinmorales18714 жыл бұрын
Cud it be the life saver that is interfering with the battery charger?
@POWERMAN69004 жыл бұрын
kevin morales May be faulty, mine just started reading volts -3 above the actual voltage- but it happened when I ran 24v panels into my 12 volt bank - It auto adjusts but No way I’d trust running - also I have D01 @ 13-8- D02 @14.4 my acc” shut off @ 12.6 & acc” On @ 13.3 Other setting are NO - an left all other settings alone
@durv132 жыл бұрын
that was all wrong lol . the one with the H is how long you want to run your load port on the charger . d06 is for reset password for wifi . the empty battery icon is what you set you lowest v at .

I have upgraded my system an can’t remember if it will do Gel , But I think if you set your parameters right to Gel specs then will do ! But I can’t be 100% positive

how to set it for 24 volt ?
@POWERMAN69003 жыл бұрын
The model has auto recognition! But make sure your battery bank is connected to mppt before u switch the panels on If you coonect panels then battery bank (You might fry controller)
@Sinii-m6h5 күн бұрын
I bought a new type V125, it's just for 24V battery. so there is no need to set for it. It has been updated, and I can control it using the app.
