This was fun to watch. The sound effects are kinda humorous. I haven’t built up enough patience to play a strategy game like this in a long time. Great job!

Haha yeah the sound effects are more comical than I remember! All the repetitive ones and the "yeeeaahhh" from the leaders get me going. I hear you, it's not so action-like and takes some patience and the right mood to get into to. Thanks for checking it out!

Yeah the Populous-style god games like Powermonger are not the most intuitive, especially at first :D Have to give them credit for advancing the RTS genre forward though. Thanks for checking it out!

Yeah, graphically and conceptually it was cool for the time. It can be fun to play but takes a bit to get into and could be better. The Populous style games of that time definitely paved the way for greater games.

Yes, those leaders are really tough and ruthless looking if you ask me haha. I find the sound effects almost comical at times but pretty good still. Perhaps you tried it or are thinking of Populous.
